The name of the CD is Pink Friday, the mise en scene on the cover is heavily influenced by the name of the CD as Nicki is surrounded and wears huge amounts of pink. She also has pink hair which is influential in one of her singles, 'Super Bass'. The lighting on the CD cover is very high key, it draws the audience in and catches their attention.
The word Pink on the cd cover is animated in a different font to the other writing in the title, the font for pink is very teenage and girly. This creates the impression she is young and innocent, it also reaches out to the younger memebers of her audience.
