Audience Research
YOUTUBE STATS
These are three different Youtube stats taken from indie rock music. We chose to look at the stats as part of our audience research as we need to know what type of audience we are aiming at. Researching the audience is helpful as we can taylor our digipack and video around this audience.
This time the stats have differed slightly in the sense that the male audience is younger. However there is still a younger female audience.
These stats are also different as it shows that the song is enjoyed by females more than males. However the age ranges are still very similar.
Overall we chose to use indie rock songs with different stats as it shows the wide audience the genre attracts. From these results we can conclude that the majority of the audience are young. However both male and females enjoy this genre.

These stats show us that the majority of the audience are males, between the ages of 25 and 44. However it also shows us that the song was popular with younger females ranging from 13 to 17.
